Pick Entrepreneur or Employee

Web Design tips: Be an Entrepreneur

Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs think different from the rest of the people. Often people think you are crazy. Many drop out of college and start their own business. Many have trouble with Authority and fitting into those systems. Not employable within a structure of authoritarians.

What do we do?

Drop out of college and start a computer business in a garage and people call him Steve Jobs. Own a hamburger chain called Wendy’s where we are known as Dave Williams. College student creates an online community called Facebook by Mark Zuckerberg. Create a mashup of ideas into an online presence and call it Mashable by Pete Cashmore.

Who are we?

We go against the grain of society. We try to change the world. We find our own way, our own crowd, our own reward. It’s a tough road to be on but eventually we get there. Bit of a rebel.

Be Nice! Don’t take advice.

Being like someone else is not sustainable. Be yourself.

Only regrets are opportunities not taken. Risks not tried. Embrace failure. Love and embrace success. Don’t second guess yourself. You know you best. Be the best you!

Business ownership has the potential to be one of the most rewarding things a person can do if they choose to develop the mindset for it. Look for the loop  holes in the economy that fit your interests. Be consistent. Be Trustworthy. Be dependable. Commitment to do the work. Show up. Every day.

Learn from those who have what you want or are what you want to be. Surround yourself with entrepreneurial thinkers and doers. Are they where they want to be in life. Be the boss you always wished you had.

Escape into Joy!

Readers

Reading positive uplifting books about your direction will inspire and encourage you on your path. Great way to change your mindset.   Making a Living Without a Job Pick Entrepreneur or Employee by Barbara Winter – Many years ago had the pleasure of hearing her talk and just now came back across her book again. Well worth the reading.

For Writers

Think about the reader first. How can you help the world be better.  Eight to ten posts or articles a day. Lots of work to make your brand ubiquitous. Rapid increase in volume. Find the gems. Produce the gems.

Employees

Security. Willing to follow orders. Like structure. Likes 9 to 5. Fears unknown. Routine. Likes rules. The farmer as defined in ADD Success Stories Pick Entrepreneur or Employee Stick to what they are comfortable. Job Security. Less risky than owning a business. Getting paid to show up to work. Trading time for money. Join the masses. Everyone else is doing it. Conformity.
